SLR Investment Corp. Amends Credit Facility; Reduces Pricing and Extends Maturity

NEW YORK, Jan. 03, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SLR Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: SLRC) (the “Company” or “SLRC”), today reported that it has amended its senior secured credit facility (“Credit Facility”). The amendment includes a reduction in the Credit Facility’s pricing grid of 25 basis points, to LIBOR + 175 – 200 basis points, based on certain conditions. The Credit Facility was expanded from $620 million to $700 million and extended from 2024 to December 2026. Additionally, the amendment enhanced the Credit Facility’s flexibility.
